Job Description

We are now looking for someone who wants to help develop the work with strategic scheduling, staffing, and collaboration between different units. As a staffing coordinator, you will initially build up administrative support for unit managers and team leaders regarding scheduling and staffing, based on the users' needs for support and service interventions in the area of disabilities.

The role includes both strategic scheduling and operational staffing. You will have close contact and collaboration with the unit's team leaders and unit managers.

You will also have a colleague in the same role as a staffing coordinator, which means close and continuous collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Have good skills in working with various digital systems.
  • Have previous experience working in scheduling systems and independently scheduling larger workgroups.
  • Have experience in staffing.
  • Have a high school diploma.
